I’m so thrilled to share that I’ve been selected as one of six artists for the 2019/2020 cohort of the New Jewish Culture Fellowship!! NJCF provides support and community for artists making risk-taking Jewish arts and culture.
Since I started making work about Jewish wealth I’ve been receiving quite a bit of push-back from members of my tribe, so it’s particularly lovely to receive Jewish support for my current practice. I can’t wait to get started!!!

Monuments Of Paris
It took weeks of emails and phone calls, but I *finally* have 2 panels of the Monuments of Paris wallpaper in my studio.
These are from the same batch used for the Met Museum’s William C. Williams parlor room. The panels are an exact replica of an American wallpaper produced in 1810, and I’m using them for a piece as part of my Bounty series. I’m super excited.
Many thanks to the Met Museum and my friend, the wonderful art historian Nikki Georgopulos, for much needed research help!
A detail from the panels.
